Collegiate Summer 2018 Training Program

Prime Athletics will be offering a 10 week, all inclusive training program for dedicated individuals.  Each week, players will have the option to attend 4-6 workouts that are 90 minutes in length.  Players will be evaluated for movement deficiencies, arm preparedness, strength opportunities, throwing mechanic inefficiencies and more.  Based on this information, a 10 week training structure designed to correct and improve all areas of their game will be provided.
