John Snelten-Founder & President
Owner, Strength/Conditioning coach, lead throwing instructor and program designer. John finished his collegiate career at Valparaiso University in 2009 and has been privately instructing, coaching, and strength training since. John is the creator of the Prime Velocity Program, writer of The Blog, and has achieved excellent results with every caliber player.
Freddie Landers-Asst. Strength Coach & Hitting Instructor
Landers is a Grayslake native who graduated from GCHS in 2014. He played college baseball at the College Of Lake County where he earned a scholarship to play at Division 1 Savannah State. Followed by an injury, he transferred to nationally ranked Division 2 Missouri Southern State where he was an All-American. In addition to being a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist Freddie works with hitters and catchers for private 1 on 1 instruction.
Jordan French-Director of Baseball Operations
French is a Waukegan native graduating from Waukegan High School in 2005. After high school he played as a scholarship athlete for College of Lake County and Dominican University. Currently he is the Athletics Director at Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep. In this role he handles the scheduling, merchandising, and marketing for the athletics department and focus' on developing student athletes to be people for others, through commitment, dedication and Grit. He plans to bring a very similar approach to the Prime Athletics community as we grow and develop well rounded athletes that aspire to play at the next level.
Ben Dinter- Hitting and Fielding Instructor
Ben Dinter is a Gurnee native who graduated from Warren Township in 2014. After being named All-Area his senior year, Dinter played baseball at College of Lake County. Dinter only played one full year after facing a season ending injury during his Sophomore campaign. He committed to nationally ranked Webster University in St. Louis. During his time at Webster, Ben earned All-SLIAC both years playing, as well as a degree. Currently, he is the head Freshmen coach at Warren High School. Ben offers lessons and works with hitters and fielders, and also offers a competitive edge with the mental side of playing baseball,
